Dr. Jo Brown is a Teaching Fellow in Food Science and Nutrition and Laboratory Manager at the University of Leeds. She holds a PhD in Food Colloids and an MSc in Food Science (Biotechnology) from the University of Leeds, as well as a BSc in Living Sciences with Biochemistry from the University François Rabelais de Tours in France.
