Website Commitment
Unihelper.io is committed to making our website’s content accessible and user-friendly for everyone. We design and test with inclusivity in mind, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
If you experience difficulty viewing or navigating our site, or encounter content, features, or functionality that are not fully accessible, please contact us at support@unihelper.io with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Include the page, the assistive technology or browser you use, and a brief description of the issue.
We take feedback seriously and use it to guide ongoing improvements.
Product Commitment
Our mission is to make collaborative learning accessible to all students. We embed universal design principles when developing new features, surveys, and dashboards so that our platform can accommodate diverse student needs. While some third-party services (such as Typeform for surveys) are outside our direct control, we actively encourage our partners to meet or exceed accessibility standards.
To support transparency, we publish a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).

This Accessibility Conformance Report evaluates Unihelper.io against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 (Levels A, AA, and AAA). The report shows that most success criteria are supported, some are partially supported, and a few are not yet supported. These findings guide our accessibility roadmap.
