Kath is a Principal Fellow of Advance HE and an experienced strategic leader in higher education. With a background in design thinking, curriculum transformation, and student success, she has led initiatives on inclusion, retention, peer mentoring, and students-as-partners projects. Her recent work includes transnational education with Coventry University in China, and she is widely recognized for her ability to operate in the โ€œthird spaceโ€โ€”building bridges across academic, professional, and partnership domains.
