Unihelper.io Hardware and Software Requirements

Unihelper.io is designed to work on most modern devices. There are no specific hardware requirements beyond access to a web browser and a stable internet connection.

Internet speed: Minimum 1 Mbps recommended; 3–5 Mbps for a smoother experience.

Educator App (app.unihelper.io) 

The Educator App for creating groups is supported on the following platforms:

Desktop (Windows & macOS): latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers.

Mobile & Tablets (iOS & Android): Not Supported (you can access from the above browsers, but some features may not be functional)

⚠️ While older browsers may still function, we strongly recommend keeping browsers updated to the latest version for the best experience, security, and compatibility.

Student Questionnaires

Students can access the unihelper.io questionnaires on the following platforms: 

Windows and Mac computers: latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Opera browsers.
